Spray foam insulation is the most effective and efficient insulating material commercially available. Spray applied insulation seals the structure from air and moisture intrusion and can provide extremely high R-values that are unattainable with other insulation products.

Batt insulation is one of the most common forms of insulation. Batts are pre-cut panels of insulation and come in many different R-values (R-value means resistance to heat flow); the higher the R-value, the greater the insulating power.

Used in conjunction with a vapour barrier, properly installed batt insulation provides your home with industry tried-and-true, effective thermal resistance from heat loss. 

Our product of choice is Johns Manville insulation for better indoor air quality and a healthier environment. Johns Manville is made from more than 60% recycled glass, formaldehyde free, and sourced and made in Alberta.

Pneumatically applied insulation is a common and effective process used to insulate attic spaces. Signature Insulation also installs BIBS (Blown In Blanket System). It is used to insulate exterior walls and provide sound abatement for interior walls and floors.

As it's applied, the material is conditioned creating millions of tiny air pockets which gives the material its thermal resistance properties and fills around mechanical and framing components preventing any gaps in the insulation.  When properly applied, loose fill insulation does not settle and will keep its energy-saving R-value over time.
